The sometimes fierce desert winds have caused more "accidents" than resulted from the actions of pilots. This sailplane and what appears to be a military surplus T-50 "Bamboo Bomber" met unexpectedly. In the background are the two military-surplus wood buildings which graced the FBO lot in early years.
