Please don't forget that the CC&Rs on your property do require that most external alterations or improvements to your residental or commercial property first be submitted to the Architectural Committee for review & approval PRIOR to commencing the activity (see CC&R §9.02 and the Architectural Guidelines mailed to all members in the yearly information package)
